Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently ship to all of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Our shipping options are:

  • Mainland Spain : Free shipping on orders of €15 or more. For orders under €15, the shipping cost is €3.99. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days.
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : Flat rate of €7.99 (regardless of order amount). Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Note: We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, except for specific campaigns which will be announced in due course.

How can I track my order?

The most convenient way to track your order is through the Shopify Shop app , available for free on iOS and Android.

How does it work?

If you prefer not to use the app, you will also receive an email with the tracking number which you can check directly on the carrier's website.

Yes, we offer a completely free in-store pickup option .

How does it work?

  1. During the purchase process, select the "Store Pickup" option under shipping method.
  2. Complete your order and make the payment.
  3. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  4. Visit our store at the indicated time with your order confirmation.

What is your return policy?

At Newplay we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
  • Keep the original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • To be suitable for subsequent sale.

Shipping cost:

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the product is defective or there is an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return.

Replacement charge:

If the product arrives with the packaging tampered with or showing signs of use, the following charges will apply:

  • Packaging damaged but product in good condition: €2.95 per unit.
  • Product with signs of use or missing accessories: up to 7% of the item's price.

How to request a refund:

Contact us at newplayspot@gmail.com indicating:

  • Order number.
  • Name and surname.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).

We will send you the instructions and shipping address. The refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after the return is approved.

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
